Our jewelry manager, Ivy, likes to say that we’re spoiled for choice here at Heart of the Home – there are so many amazing American craftspeople making beautiful art, we simply don’t have room for every beautiful thing they make. Usually, that means we embrace the “less is more” approach and carefully select a sampling of each of our artist’s wonderful collections. Sometimes, though, more is more, and we get the pleasure of presenting a special extended collection of one of our artist’s work!
Heart of the Home will host such a special collection on Saturday, June 11th, as we present a one-day trunk show from the studio of Alex Sepkus. Our long-time customers will recognize Alex’s distinctive gold and platinum jewelry, but this trunk show affords the rare opportunity to see a dazzling abundance of it in one place! In addition to imaginatively-named favorites like the Candy, Little Windows, and Orchard rings, there will be one-of-a-kind wonders set with unusual gemstones in 18 karat golds and platinum.
We hope you’ll join us from 11am to 5pm on Saturday, June 11th for this once-a-year event. In the meantime, you can whet your appetite for Alex Sepkus’s exceptional work by checking out his artist profile.
